At Graham's Cartons, we have the manufacturing capabilities to offer the full range of standard cardboard cases; printed or plain. Our manufacturing processes mean that we can print in up to two colours in a single pass with very high speed.  In this way we can reduce costs and keep our prices highly competitive.

As well as efficiently processing large volume jobs, we also have machinery capable of manufacturing small quantities of cases (25s, 50s,100s).  Our flexible size capacity machine allows us to manufacture small cases to huge pallet boxes in a single piece.

Die Cutting, Stitching and Gluing 

We have four machines capable of die cutting.  The maximum size we can accommodate is 63” (1.6M) x any size within reason (118” or 3M).  Our die cutting machines are all flat bed machines that have the benefit of reasonable forme costs.  We are always on the lookout for ways to save our customers money and will even try and accommodate the use of a previous supplier's forme to cut costs.

We have several gluing and stitching machines. In case of breakdown we always have an alternative means to complete orders and the various machines accommodate slow to fast running speeds. We can also supply divisions, pads, solid board orders (printed or plain) and single face corrugated rolls.

At Graham's Cartons, we can supply 100% recyclable cardboard cartons, die cuts and pallet boxes. We use various sheet suppliers throughout the UK who have environmental issues at the forefront of the business. One specific supplier makes their own paper from the waste collected from the type of processes we use. All waste generated is collected by OWP and recycled at their plant in Oswestry.  It is then recycled and sold back to paper mills.
